Speaking of stabbing in the back...

This could get interesting, plus we would have to support Turkey's decision to do so because of some other country's current military adventure based on the same premise....Right? I mean we let the Turks fly missions to bomb the Kurds out of the same airbase that we were inforcing the northern no fly zone in Iraq, so now we are complict for that much.

So, do we back our NATO allies, or now that this new bit of reality has popped up, do we stab them in the back like we have done in the past with other inconvient allies? So that we can keep the Kurds happy and the "good news" of the Great Iraqi Adventure flowing?

Or do we placte the Turks with empty promises of keep the Kurdish terrorists in check? Oh...my bad...Kurdish Freedom fighters....oops my bad again...there is no such thing as freedom fighters anymore, they are all terrorists after all.

Unless we say otherwise.
