Well, not just one guy...and not *that* guy, which would be very scary, especially if he segued into the king and I. ;P
Pretty much it's the entire staff of Westword, then there are Reader suggestions, and they have been doing this since they started...but I only became aware of the "Best of's" in high school.

Yep, Le Central is now kinda the longest lasting French eatery in town now for me since the old school ones that I liked back in the day are all gone.
So, Kim Ba was the place that MK was talking about, I'll have to remember that.
