So my Mom is off spending my Inheritance…
I got a Phone call from her when I got into work this morning as she was going through the Panama Canal and wondered if I could see it via the “Bridge Cam” that she they had on the ship. No, I could not. While a staggering amount of Cruise Lines/Ferry’s seem to have “Bridge Cams” (Who knew?), Holland America does not seem to have one that is hooked up to the Intertubes.
But…
The Panama Canal Authority does several places along the route.
Too cool, or what. :)
So I told her that she needs to stand up on the deck and wave when they go under the Cenntenial Bridge.
Update: 11:50 MST her ship went under the bridge. Watched it, very cool to be able to do.
