Monday he posted a list that anyone that has had to deal with users, been in IT, or in corporate land will understand.
The some of those sound familar, and my version of #18 was to load the sound file from the "orgasm" scene from when When Harry met Sally as someones start up sound at the Flats....speakers full up of coarse. ;P
